Which envelopes offer the most protection?
Our protective range includes bubble-lined padded envelopes, plastic-free eco-friendly padded envelopes, expandable pillow envelopes, and rigid cardboard and corrugated pocket envelopes for items that must stay flat.
How do I choose the right protective envelope?
For cushioning small items, padded or eco padded work well; for a little depth, pillow envelopes; and for flat items that must not bend, choose cardboard or corrugated pocket. Order a sample if you are unsure.
Can protective envelopes be branded?
Yes. Every protective envelope can be printed full colour in the defined print areas. As white ink is not used, white shows as the material colour, and we email a proof before the full run.
Is there an eco-friendly option?
Yes. Our Eco-Friendly Padded Envelopes use honeycomb kraft paper cushioning instead of plastic bubble wrap, so they are plastic-free and widely recyclable.
