What sizes and colours do padded envelopes come in?
Twelve sizes from 100 x 165mm up to 300 x 445mm (Width x Length), in White or Gold, with bubble lining for protection. A plastic-free honeycomb kraft version is also available.
What are padded envelopes best for?
They are ideal for posting small or delicate items with cushioning, from electronics and cosmetics to jewellery and e-commerce products, without the bulk of a box.
Can I print my logo on padded envelopes?
Yes. Print full colour in the defined print areas on the front, rear or both sides. We do not print white ink, so white areas appear as the envelope colour, and a proof is emailed first.
Is there a setup fee?
Orders under £100 ex VAT include a one-time £49.95 setup fee, waived on re-orders of the same envelope and artwork, with automatic bulk discounts.
