Three sizes (Length x Width x Height): C6 - 162 x 114 x 35mm, DL - 220 x 110 x 35mm and C5 - 229 x 162 x 35mm. Dimensions can vary by up to 20mm, so order a sample if exact sizing matters.

What are pillow envelopes good for?

Their expandable pillow shape suits small, lightweight items such as jewellery, accessories, samples and e-commerce products, giving a little depth without a bulky box.

Can pillow envelopes be printed in full colour?

Yes. Print on the front, rear or both sides in the defined print areas. As white ink is not used, any white in your design appears as the envelope colour, and a proof is emailed for approval first.

How much do they cost?

Pricing is per envelope ex VAT with automatic bulk discounts. Orders under £100 ex VAT carry a one-time £49.95 setup fee, waived on re-orders of the same item and artwork.
