Custom Printed Postal Envelopes

We offer a full postal range including self seal, gummed and folding inserting machine envelopes for letters and documents, plus padded, pillow, cardboard and corrugated pocket options for protecting items in the post.

DL suits folded A4 letters, C5 fits an unfolded A5 or folded A4, and C4 holds unfolded A4. If you are posting something that must stay flat or protected, a cardboard or padded option is a better fit.

Yes. Every postal envelope can be printed full colour in the defined print areas. As white ink is not used, white areas show as the material colour, and we email a proof before production.

Bulk discounts apply automatically. Orders under £100 ex VAT include a one-time £49.95 setup fee, waived on re-orders of the same envelope and artwork.
