What are cardboard envelopes and when should I use them?
Cardboard envelopes are rigid do-not-bend mailers for posting photos, certificates, documents and prints flat and undamaged. They come in five sizes and a choice of Standard Solid Board or Premium Corrugated.
Can I print my branding on cardboard envelopes?
Yes. Print full colour in the defined print areas on the front, rear or both sides. We do not print white ink, so white in your artwork appears as the board colour, and a proof is emailed first.
Are they strong enough to protect flat items?
Yes. The rigid board resists bending in transit, and the Premium Corrugated option adds extra strength for heavier or more valuable flat contents.
Is there a setup fee?
Orders under £100 ex VAT include a one-time £49.95 setup fee, waived on identical re-orders, with bulk discounts applied automatically.
